Walden  I.V.

Walden IV was created to be a Village for our ABA community, and those that we work closely with (e.g., SLPs, OTs, Teachers, School admin, etc), by creating a space to promote connection, collaboration, and continuing education.  Through this initiative, professionals (both clinical and those in academia) can meet to support, inspire, and work together to help our field continue to practice and develop in a values-aligned direction.

Manuscript Writing
& Publication

For manuscripts related to cultural humility, and theoretical and conceptual analyses related to social action.

This service aims to provide support and mentorship for those that want to turn a paper, a school project, or a big idea into a mansucript that can be submitted for publication.

Working with a small team of people who share your passion and common interests, we will provide guidance, feedback, and resources to deepen your conceptual understanding and help fine-tune your paper.

Team Collaboration Meeting

Connection
& Collaboration

Collaboration and ethical discussion and decision making.

Many behaviour analysts work in isolation - whether they are the sole RBA (On) on their team, or they work for a school board, or they are working in a remote area - sometimes it is hard to find a community to connect and collaborate with, and someone to lean on. Without disclosing any personal or confidential information, these meetings will provide a space to discuss clinical concerns and work through ethical challenges that may arise.

Our Team. Our Why.

Together, we are a group of behaviour analysts who have shared values, as well as extensive knowledge and expertise in behaviour analysis, cultural humility, and ethics. Having a shared passion for social action - and using our science to better our field, and our communities - we wanted to create a space for behaviour analysts to support and connect with each other, create a positive change in our field, and to support our communities at large. While the connection and collaboration aspects, as well as CPD credits of this initiative are primarily positioned in Ontario, Canada - we welcome behaviour analysts from all over Canada, and internationally, to connect and come together. Below are some of the faces of Walden IV:

*Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (USA). Janani provides manuscript guidance and consulting services for Walden IV. They do not practice clinically in Ontario, and are not registered with the College of Psychologist and Behaviour Analysts (CPBAO) to practice clinically in Ontario.
